Can I get SMS replies?
Absolutely! ReminderCall lets you send patient text reminders and get reply confirmations in return. Replies appear live on your dashboard, plus they are sent to your email.
Can the messages be varied by type of appointment?
Yes, we can often automatically filter your messages based on an appointment type in your scheduling software or a field in a patient appointment reminder data spreadsheet.
Do my reminders come from a personalized phone number?
Yes. A Dedicated Text ID (or “DID”) helps your clients recognize you. It’s the number that gets displayed on their phones when you send patient text reminders using our system. You can get a new phone number to be your DID or set your business number as your DID. It has no impact on your phone or phone plan.
Does ReminderCall work with my scheduling software?
Please refer to the many scheduling systems that work with ReminderCall. If you do not see your software on our list, ask us about our custom integrations.
Can I use ReminderCall without EHR software?
You bet!
1. You can manually input the appointment information into our software.
2. You can upload an Excel spreadsheet that contains the data (we can supply a pre-formatted spreadsheet).
3. You can use it with Google Calendar.
4. You can use it with Outlook Live.
How hard is it to set up ReminderCall?
Once you’ve created an account, the one-time setup is easy.
1. Connect your scheduling system (if you have one).
2. Customize your scripts (optional).
3. Choose how often you would like your automated patient reminders to be sent… and that’s it!
Remember: technical support is included with your account, so we can do this for you.
Is ReminderCall HIPAA compliant?
ReminderCall complies with the HIPAA Security Policy as well as the HIPAA Privacy Rule and is HIPAAOne Certified. Plus, we supply a standard Business Associate Agreement to all healthcare customers. Policy, Certification, and BAA are available upon request.
Is the data secure?
Yes, all data is processed in USA-based, SOC2-certified colocation facilities. Furthermore, all data is scrubbed after 30 days.
