Send Quick SMS Announcements Using the Manual Method

From your ReminderCall account:

  1. Click on Send Texts in the header.
  2. Enter your message.
  3. Type in your recipients’ phone numbers.
  4. Select when to deliver your message.
  5. Click Send.
  6. Now you can see your progress on the Dashboard.

For a Larger Audience, Use the File Upload Method:

To use this method, enter your customers’ names and phone numbers into a spreadsheet. Save or download it as a CSV File. Then, from your ReminderCall account:

  1. Click on Send Texts in the header.
  2. Click on Upload a CSV Spreadsheet.
  3. Click the Choose File button and choose your CSV file.
  4. Click the Send File button.
  5. Match your fields to the spreadsheet columns.
  6. Click Set Columns and Continue.
  7. Enter your text message script.
  8. Enter a matching call script to go out as a failover phone call. This avoids accidentally sending a text message to a landline.
  9. Click Continue and Skip Rules.
  10. Select when to deliver your message.
  11. Click Review Settings and review your project.
  12. Click Queue Texts Now.

Now you can see your progress on the Dashboard.
